Service Coordinator oversees our mobile automotive technicians and PDEL (Pick-up and Delivery)

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency with computers and various software (word, excel)
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities

Bonus Criteria helpful but not required:

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR BDR - MOBILE SERVICE COORDINATOR
You work Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
To succeed in this position, you must be able to:
- Provide prompt and professional customer service through outbound phone calls, texts, and emails
- Engage with current and potential customers, clearly provide information, and properly resolve
- all customer concerns
- Coordinate field service operations, schedule appointments, and efficiently dispatch technicians
- Document customer interactions, re-schedule no-show appointments, and follow up after all
- automotive service visits
- Serve as the lead service writer for our Mobile Techs and ensure parts availability
- Work with management to execute effective growth strategies
- Research open recalls, small fleets, and used car centers for Ford vehicles and inventory
- Track and report daily performance metrics
- Actively participate in training opportunities and uphold the highest customer service standards
