MapleView Memory Care-Minot is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Resident Service Manager. In this role, you will work closely with our residents and their families to provide exceptional care and support in a warm and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- sets up and conducts tours of the community with prospective residents and families
- assists families through the paperwork and move in process
- completes paperwork for all admissions
- complete discharge process by collection and storage
- complete and send long-term care invoices monthly
- create and keep track of new hire, monthly, annual education as needed
- maintain staff forms
- submit pictures/videos for social media
- receive and deliver mail
- educate staff benefits and complete new hire paperwork
- data entry with resident charts
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks
