Key Responsibilities
- Supervise department heads and maintain ongoing compliance with local, state, federal, and accrediting body standards.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and oversight of departmental budgets.
- Promote staff participation and involvement in daily operations and decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with associates, residents, and families to ensure seamless resident experiences.
- Gather market data and maintain competitor analysis to inform occupancy strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human services management, housing management, or nursing home management.
- Excellent customer service and public relations skills.
- Experience working with seniors and operating senior living facilities preferred.
