Job Summary
We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team. As an associate of Maplewood Senior Living, you will have the ability to make a profound difference in the lives of seniors each and every day.
Responsibilities
- Direct care and service to residents
- Health Promotion
- Participation in assessments under the supervision of the Resident Services Director (RN)
- Skillfully support residents and families
- Oversight of Certified Nursing Assistants
- Train associates and audit care
- Complete monthly in-service training as required
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- TWO YEARS OF FULL-TIME OR EQUIVALENT CLINICAL EXPERIENCE
- A strong interest in working with older adults
- The ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, peers, and other staff members
- Good physical and emotional health, free from communicable diseases
