Job Description
- Direct Care and Service to Residents: Provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Health Promotion: Foster a culture of wellness among residents, staff, and families, promoting healthy lifestyle choices and education.
- Assessment and Support: Participate in assessments under the supervision of the Resident Services Director (RN), providing support to residents and families as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Two years full-time or equivalent clinical experience working with older adults.
- Experience in healthcare management, gerontology, or a related field.
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, peers, and other staff members.
- In good physical and emotional health, free of communicable diseases.
