Job Description
- Administer medication to residents as prescribed by physicians
- Provide direct care and service to residents, including teaching and wellness counseling
- Participate in assessments under the supervision of the Resident Services Director (RN)
- S support residents and families, as well as oversee Certified Nursing Assistants
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse currently licensed to practice in the State
- Two years full time or full time equivalent clinical experience
- Experience working with older adults, with prior dementia and psych experience strongly preferred
