At Maplewood Brewster LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Relations Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in supporting the Community Relations Director in achieving occupancy and revenue goals.
- Assist in managing the sales & marketing database to ensure seamless communication with prospects and residents.
- Maintain accurate records of resident move-ins, including all necessary paperwork and collateral materials.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new residents by coordinating move-in preparations and facilitating lease signings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and residents through effective communication and personalized support.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and Community Relations Director to plan and execute lead-generating events and external business developments.
- Demonstrate excellent telephone skills and provide exceptional customer service to meet sales goals.
- Meet with residents and families to review move-in packets and ensure a thorough understanding of community policies and procedures.
- Coordinate resident assessments with the Resident Services Director and schedule lease signings with residents/responsible parties.
- Provide high-quality work while being detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; one (1) year experience in an administrative support role and experience working with seniors is required.
