Maplewood Brewster LLC seeks a highly motivated and results-driven Resident Experience Specialist to enhance the overall quality of life for our residents. As a key member of our team, this individual will work closely with the Community Relations Director to create a positive and welcoming environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and Community Relations Director to set and track sales-related goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Effectively communicate with residents, visitors, and associates, maintaining confidentiality of resident information at all times.
- Facilitate small group presentations and provide high-quality work while being detail-oriented and organized.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute lead-generating events, external business developments, and networking opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Support the Community Relations Director in planning and coordinating two lead-generating events each month.
- Build trusting relationships with prospects by understanding the Maplewood product and customer needs.
- Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and associates, and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; one (1) year experience in an administrative support role and experience working with seniors is required.
