">The Lifestyle Services Manager Role
">We are seeking an experienced Lifestyle Services Manager to lead our lifestyle programs, ensuring they meet the diverse needs and interests of our residents. As a key member of our department head team, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing activities, events, and programs that enhance quality of life.
">Your Key Responsibilities

- Lifestyle Programming ">
- Develop and maintain high-quality monthly program calendars that reflect residents' abilities, interests, hobbies, and desired experiences. ">
- Collaborate with the Resident Care team to implement WISH Program and parallel activities for residents with special needs. ">
- Staff Management and Training ">
- Orient and train new Lifestyle associates, empowering them to work effectively with our resident population. ">
- Provide regular in-service education, including dementia training, to all Lifestyle Associates. ">
- Communication and Marketing ">
- Promote lifestyle programs through digital signage and establish relationships with community agencies, organizations, and healthcare professionals. ">
- Develop and implement Catalyst technology training sessions for staff and classes for residents. ">
- Education and Requirements ">
- Candidates must have a genuine passion for working with seniors and improving their quality of life. ">
- Familiarity with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; basic typing skills required. ">
- An associate degree or satisfactory completion of two years of college in a relevant field, or two years of experience in recreation or a related field. ">
