We are seeking a diligent and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing residential and commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing asset value. Responsibilities:
Manage All Aspects of Assigned Properties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the properties.
- Design business plans tailored to meet the needs of tenants and property owners.
Tenant Relations and Leasing:
- Show available properties to potential tenants and assess applications.
- Negotiate lease agreements with contractors promptly and reliably.
Maintenance and Inspections:
- Arrange and inspect maintenance tasks to ensure properties meet standards.
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants.
Personnel Oversight:
- Assess the performance of property personnel.
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Property Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of property management and financial aspects.
- Familiarity with rules and regulations related to property management.
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases.
- Strong customer focus and bottom-line orientation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience level:
- 1 year of Property Management experience.
- Work Location: WI - La Crosse Area, Black River Falls, Viroqua, Cashton, Westby, Madison.
