Assisted Living recruiting for Office Manager
EXTRA CREDIT for ACTIVITIES Assistant/Director Experience
Required skills include:
*Accounts Payable
Medical Records and filing
*Experience with managing employee files
*HR/timekeeping
Labor Reports (Pay NW)
*Employee onboarding and credentialing
*Must be organized, have good time management and able to communicate proficiently both verbally and in writing.
*Experience in Senior Living a definite plus!
We are a large Assisted Living community with a maximum census of over 200 residents. Candidates must have Attention to detail and organization must be balanced with good nature, compassion, and sense of humor.
MINIMUM 2 YEARS Of Human Resources or Management EXPERIENCE Preferred.
