HR Coordinator Position Summary
The HR Coordinator is responsible for overseeing employee relations, personnel records, onboarding, and recruitment. Their role also includes the following responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate employee personnel records, onboard and orient new employees, etc.
- Perform any other additional tasks as assigned by the Administrator, Director of HR and Payroll, or the corporate team.
- Maintain confidentiality of protected information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
HR Coordinator Requirements
- Experience working in Human Resources
- Experience in long-term care preferred
