Job Overview:
The Advisor works with the Talent Business Partner to create and implement talent strategies that align with business goals. This role supports performance management, workforce planning, and employee development, while building strong partnerships with business leaders to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnership:
- Support front-line leaders (supervisors and managers) with talent needs.
- Apply compliance and regulatory standards to talent processes.
- Manage job openings, closings, and headcount.
- Work with business leaders to develop talent plans that build leadership strength.
- Use data to help create strategies that improve the work environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure talent aligns with business goals.
Employee Experience:
- Help with programs like engagement surveys, stay interviews, and action planning.
- Use data to understand employee feedback and create development opportunities.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive workplace.
- Assist with talent management programs such as performance reviews, merit cycles, and internal mobility.
- Plan and support employee engagement activities and events.
