We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our seniors at Maplewood Mayflower Place ALF LLC.
About the Role
The Resident Services Nurse is responsible for assisting the Resident Services Director with the implementation, delivery, and coordination of Resident Care Services. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising department associates and ensuring the highest quality of care is provided.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective medication programs and supporting self-administration of medication for residents.
- Maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and physicians through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reporting significant incidents and changes in resident needs to the Executive Director/Resident Services Director.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Two years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience.
- Experience working with seniors, preferably in an assisted living or long-term care setting.
