- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with daily living activities, ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care and support.
- Develop meaningful relationships with residents, engaging them through conversation, interaction, and various programs and activities.
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to address resident care needs and concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification:
- Current Massachusetts Nurses Aide Registration.
- Experience working with seniors and a proven track record of delivering exceptional care.
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks, such as pushing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication skills, maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, peers, and other staff members.
- In good physical and emotional health, free of communicable diseases.
