What You’ll Do
As a leader in our community, you will:
- Inspire Excellence: Plan, organize, and lead the Nursing Service Department to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.
- Build Strong Teams: Recruit, train, and mentor a talented team of nurses and caregivers, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
- Champion Resident Care: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure personalized, top-notch services that prioritize the dignity and well-being of every resident.
- Drive Innovation: Evaluate and enhance nursing programs, policies, and procedures to meet and exceed state and federal standards.
- Lead with Heart: Engage directly with residents, families, and staff to resolve concerns, promote safety, and maintain an environment of trust and integrity.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with an unrestricted license in the state.
- Armed with a Nursing Degree from an accredited institution.
- Experienced - with at least three years of supervisory experience in healthcare settings like hospitals or nursing homes.
- Knowledgeable about medical practices, long-term care regulations, and infection control protocols.
- Certified in CPR and ready to lead with a hands-on approach.
