About the Role:
As an Aftermarket Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing our customers' vehicle ownership experience. You'll engage with customers following their new or pre-owned vehicle purchase, presenting and selling a range of aftermarket products and services that personalize and protect their investments.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate sales discussions with customers regarding aftermarket options after vehicle purchase.
- Respond to phone and email inquiries about aftermarket vehicle features.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of aftermarket vehicle add-ons and parts, such as remote start, dash camera's, protection products, and more.
- Capitalize on cross-sell opportunities to maximize sales.
- Collaborate with general sales specialists and managers to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Document purchases and maintain records of customer interest for follow-up communication.
- Schedule installations of vehicle add-ons based on availability and purchase dates.
- Maintain current knowledge of parts and vehicle add-on inventory.
- Adhere to dealership sales standards and procedures.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in automotive sales (Required).
- Knowledge of aftermarket automotive products is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
