We are looking for a Growth Account Executive (Growth AE) to take full ownership of Mapsly’s outbound sales and expansion efforts. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, experienced sales professional who thrives in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment and can operate independently to drive revenue growth.
Unlike a traditional SDR role focused solely on pipeline generation, this position is designed for someone who can prospect, engage, and also close deals, playing a crucial role in expanding Mapsly’s reach. You will own the outbound sales strategy, execute campaigns, nurture leads, and drive new revenue.
Responsibilities
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Take leads from initial outreach through to closing deals, working closely with the CEO and product team.
- Strategic Outbound Prospecting: Develop and execute outbound campaigns targeting high-value prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
- Lead Engagement & Nurturing: Build relationships with prospects, addressing their needs and positioning Mapsly as a must-have solution.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously refine messaging, outreach sequences, and deal qualification frameworks.
- Closing & Expansion: Convert outbound leads into paying customers and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts.
- Leverage Integrations & Partnerships: Use Mapsly’s connections with HubSpot, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Quickbase, and other platforms to enhance outreach efforts.
- Market Research & Account-Based Selling (ABS): Develop a deep understanding of ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and industry trends.
- Collaborate with Growth & Marketing: Work alongside marketing to refine sales messaging and optimize inbound-to-outbound transitions.
Key Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales or outbound business development role.
- Proven ability to close deals, not just generate pipeline.
- Experience in high-ticket SaaS sales or integration-driven platforms is a plus.
- Strong ability to create highly personalized outreach and engage decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise-level companies.
- Familiarity with outbound sales automation tools (Outreach.io, Apollo, Salesloft, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight while collaborating cross-functionally.
- Bonus: Experience selling to companies using CRMs, Smartsheet, Quickbase, or automation platforms.
