Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Successful Interview
- Desire to work with high school students with special education needs
- Possess excitement and energy towards student learning
- Positive mindset and flexible
- Able to collaborate with a team and open to new ideas
- Able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism
Duties:
- Work under supervision of classroom teachers
- Support data collection
- Monitor students in a variety of settings to support student safety
- Support students with transitions between classes to ensure arriving to class on time
- Provide additional supervision in structured and unstructured settings
- Additional duties as assigned to support student needs in the building
- Check email on a daily basis
- Attend and professional learning as directed by building administrators
Preference will be given to the candidate who:
- Possesses the best qualifications
- Presents the strongest interview
Rate of Compensation:
- 7 hours per day
