Base salary - $55,000-$65,000 uncapped commission

Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of roles.
Manage the candidate pipeline and build strong relationships.

What You Bring :
18 months of recruitment experience (180 or 360 role).
Proven ability to manage and grow candidate pipelines.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised, with an ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
