Position Summary
Marathon Coach is seeking a dependable, dedicated, and highly organized Executive Assistant with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. This position will report directly to the COO/CFO and work closely with the President.
This is a full-time opportunity, with the potential as a part-time position for the right candidate.
Professional Responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills. Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks, while working independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills representing the Executive Team at all times.
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Preference given to those with some Accounting experience.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Various correspondence.
- Personal assistant duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Five years’ experience providing executive level support.
- Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college.
- Ability to obtain Notary Public certification.
