Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. This role requires proficiency in financial software and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and organized.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents using financial software.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries as needed for management review.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support the team with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proficiency in financial software is required; experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is advantageous but not mandatory.
