Order Resolution Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Resolution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving discrepancies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to handle outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.

Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to manufacturers to address issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze account information and identify potential problems or areas for improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the office system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with partners, ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or account services, preferably in an office environment.
• Strong outbound calling skills with the ability to engage partners effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with sales processes is advantageous but not required.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
