Circuit Analyst
Job Overview
Marathon TS is looking for multiple Circuit Analysts to join our team supporting our federal customer out of Huntsville, AL. The ideal candidate will provide technical support for our large federal government agency's highly complex network infrastructure environment to include multiple enclaves comprising various classification levels.
The Circuit Analyst will analyze recommend appropriate needs for circuit speed based on the amount of personnel located at FBI facilities. This candidate would also work with the customers team and telecommunication companies to support data circuit ordering.
Core Responsibilities
- Manages and oversees all aspects of a data circuit order to ensure it is completed on-time and within budget.
- Coordinates with internal stakeholders and vendors to complete circuit orders.
- Prepares reports for management regarding status of existing circuits or circuit orders.
- Utilizes spreadsheets and other systems to track work, circuits, and circuit orders.
- Reviews and compiles data to respond to data calls from management and internal stakeholders.
- Resolves trouble tickets related to circuits.
- Provides circuit utilization and latency reports.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI
- High School diploma and 2 years of experience preferably in telecommunications
- Knowledge and experience with the telecommunications services from various vendors
- Experience with Enterprise-class systems
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
