Marathon TS, is seeking an operations research analyst to the National Guard Bureau J8. The analyst will use operations research systems analysis skills such as data collection, analysis, assessment, and modeling to support stakeholder understanding and decision-making. The analyst will assist in preparation and presentation of reports, briefings, and project deliverables. This is an on-site position, with opportunity for limited situational telework.
Tasks include :
- Conduct analysis and assessment of strategic documents, capability gaps, and supporting studies.
- Support and participate in data collection and analysis, studies, modeling, and preparation of reports and briefings.
- Perform data collection and analysis support to wargaming efforts when required.
- ssist and collaborate in assessing issues, providing timely analysis, and developing recommendations for NGB leaders.
- ssist and collaborate in developing, staffing, and finalizing actions to include reports and NGB senior leader correspondence via ETMS2.
- Performs additional duty as team lead for the analysis and wargaming team.
