Marathon TS is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and talented individual for the position of Program Support Specialist.
Job Description :
Summary : The Mission Support Specialist will provide continued support to the clients customers and programs. Facilitating vulnerability assessments and mission assurance department support and performance analysis in support of DoD and client efforts.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Provide resource management, administrative, planning, and professional development support to the Department.
- provide logistical coordination / support for primarily assigned assessment team and on as needed basis support the coordination requirements of other department personnel.
- Support the assigned Team Chief or senior government person for each assessment.
- Gather requirements, objectives, and scope for upcoming missions.
- Develops comprehensive pre-mission plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and required resources.
- Identify potential logistical challenges and propose solutions to ensure smooth mission execution.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to budgets, resource allocations, and mission plans.
