We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead our innovative and seafood focused restaurant. Located in the heart of Charlestons downtown peninsula, Delaney Oyster House is a seafood-focused restaurant and raw bar celebrating the charm and hospitality of the Lowcountry. Locally operated by The Neighborhood Dining Group (Husk, The James and Minero), Delaney showcases the bounty of coastal and inland waterways to offer fresh and sustainable seafood in a casual-chic atmosphere.

The Executive Chef is:
Experienced, preferably 3 years of culinary management in an upscale restaurant
Detail-oriented and thrives in a meticulous environment
Driven and professional with a passion for leading, educating and training staff
Proficient in menu and recipe development, food quality management, systems and food costing
Knowledgeable of food and kitchen safety and sanitation standards
Skilled with budgetary management (inventory and labor)
