The Pastry Cook is:
- Applicants should have at least 1 years experience as a Pastry Cook in an upscale, high-volume, fast paced restaurant. We are looking for those that are familiar with traditional pastry techniques (ice cream production, lamination sugar work) and comfortable with mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking bread and cracker items daily. Someone with a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
