What are the responsibilities and job description for the Planning Analyst position at Marc Fisher Footwear?
The Planning Analyst will manage weekly, monthly, and ad hoc analysis and reporting to support the sales team across multiple brands. The analyst will work in conjunction with Sales, Finance, and Planning to provide sales, margin, and turn information that drives key selling and planning decisions.
The Planning Analyst will be hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days work from home) in our Greenwich, CT headquarters.
Responsibilities :
- Publish and maintain weekly and monthly selling reports by customer and by brand.
- Update sales and inventory projection files monthly. Partner with sales, finance, and production to ensure data is accurate, complete, and linked properly so forecasting process runs smoothly
- Manage tracking and reporting markdowns. Partner with sales and finance to ensure markdown tracking is correct by customer and brand, and reporting is accurate
- Partner with International sales team to create and update reports with actuals
- Run weekly direct to consumer reports
- Manage file creation and maintenance of budget forms
- Ad hoc projects as needed
