What You’ll Do:
- Safely operate tow trucks to provide roadside assistance and towing services.
- Ensure vehicles are securely loaded and transported per safety regulations.
- Perform basic mechanical inspections and maintenance on tow trucks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, reassuring attitude.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS to reach service locations promptly.
- Work alongside Police agency's
- Help maintain the shops and yards as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Mechanical knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- TIM's certification ( can be done at Learning.respondersafety.com for free)
- Customer service skills: You’ll be the face of our company when drivers need help most, so communication and care are key!
- Valid DOT health card
- Team player: Positive, reliable, and able to work well with your colleagues.
- Local knowledge: Familiarity with roads, highways, and local routes is a huge plus.
- Must be able to cross state lines
- Must come in person to do application and background /CORI form
