MARCA is a multicultural agency headquartered in Miami, Fl. We are looking for a savvy Digital Strategist ready to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies across multiple online channels. You will collaborate closely with strategy and creative teams to optimize campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and brainstorm proactive initiatives across agency client roster.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media, influencer marketing, email, and content marketing
- Data Analysis: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize campaign performance.
- Collaboration: Work with content creators, designers, and developers to deliver integrated marketing initiatives that enhance user experience and drive conversions.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of digital campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Present insights, results, and recommendations to internal teams and clients, providing clear and actionable reports.
- Industry Trends: Stay current on digital and cultural trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually refine our strategies.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; proven track record (3 years) in digital marketing strategy.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in web analytics, marketing automation, and reporting tools to measure ROI and inform strategy.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices, paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), and content management systems.
- Preferred: Experience managing email marketing campaigns
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills; able to work effectively with diverse teams. Bilingual preferred.
- Creative Mindset: Ability to think outside the box and translate abstract ideas into actionable digital campaigns.
- Certifications (Preferred): Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or related certifications.
