Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive case analyses.
- Draft legal pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Assist with client communication and interviews.

- Participate in discovery, including depositions and interrogatories.
- Prepare for and attend court hearings and conferences as needed.
- Manage assigned casework and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date on current legal developments.
Qualifications:
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the State of North Carolina (South Carolina license is a plus).
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
