Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.
- Interact with customers in a friendly manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their tastes.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, processing payments through the POS system.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new drink recipes, trends, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail recipes, and brewing processes.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Experience with cash handling and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards is advantageous but not required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $17.72 - $25.00 per hour
