Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the client onboarding process from the initial interaction through to the funding of their account.
- Facilitate communication between advisors, clients, and external partners to ensure aligned efforts
- Collaborate with advisors to facilitate the opening of client accounts.
- Frequent work within Salesforce and Redtail CRM
- Compile, finalize, and process all documentation related to the establishment of new accounts.
- Request proposals, illustrations, and any necessary reports for accounts / policies
- Follow-up with carriers regarding any NIGO (not-in-good-order) flags
- Track insurance approval process
