- Coordinate all phases of the implementation lifecycle: planning, execution, risk mitigation, and delivery
- Act as the liaison between internal teams (IT, operations, accounting) and Quorum's external implementation consultants
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and readiness across all midstream operational areas
- Own project timelines, scope management, resource tracking, and executive-level reporting
- Facilitate workstream meetings, follow-ups, action tracking, and issue escalation
Must-Have Qualifications
- Direct experience implementing Quorum TIPS
- Strong understanding of midstream operations
- 5 years of project management experience within oil & gas technology or ERP deployments
- Ability to bridge functional and technical workstreams — must understand technical dependencies and workflows, even if not hands-on
- Familiarity with implementation planning, UAT coordination, and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or Agile certification
- Experience in data migration, test planning, and system cutover activities
- Prior exposure to Quorum TIPS version upgrades or module-specific deployments
- Familiarity with SCADA integration or measurement systems is a plus
