The Role
Marco Beverage Systems Ltd (part of the Middleby Foodservice and Beverage Group), a leading global manufacturer of hot and cold-water delivery systems and coffee brewing equipment in the food and beverage industry, is looking for a full-time Customer Service Specialist to interact with and support our rapidly growing North American customer base. The position is an entry level role. This person will be based out of our Renton, WA office and enjoy access to as much delicious coffee and espresso as they care to drink. Core responsibilities:
- Daily order processing
- Entering orders within our ERP software
- Coordinating order processing between our ERP and the 3PL warehouse
- Managing any palletized/LTL orders
- Providing order confirmation and tracking to the customer
- Email Inbox management – Phone support
- Acting as an initial point of contact for all product, sales and service inquiries and directing them appropriately.
- Fielding common customer questions (Stock, ETA, Price).
- Relaying (internally) any stock issues to the appropriate co-worker (Part SKU, Part need, Sales opportunity).
- Take credit card payments by phone or via customer submitted card.
- Inventory and sales management
- Create weekly order reports for sales forecasting
- Transfer inventory within our ERP
- Coordinate with our 3PL to maintain accurate data through cycle counts, serial scans, etc.

Required skills:
- A customer first mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail oriented
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Highly organized
- Well-developed communication skills (verbal and written)
- Desired skill sets:
- Previous customer service and administrative experience
- Experience with ERP software is a plus
