- Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and scheduling employees.
- Oversee food preparation processes to guarantee quality and safety standards are met.
- Handle cash management procedures, including daily deposits and financial reporting.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale among staff.
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain a high level of service.
