Responsibilities
Operations & Leadership:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to meet sales, service, and operational goals.
- Maintain Marco’s Pizza standards for food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
- Manage inventory, food costs, and labor to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.
- Hire, train, and develop employees to create a high-performing team.
- Schedule and delegate tasks to optimize productivity and service.
- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns proactively.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
- Ensure every customer has an outstanding experience by leading by example.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
- Implement local store marketing initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry (pizza/QSR experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Proficiency in scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
