Job Description:
Marco’s Pizza is looking for friendly and energetic Customer Service Representatives to join our team! As a key part of our restaurant, you’ll provide excellent customer service, take orders, and ensure customers have a great experience whether they dine in, carry out, or order for delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take customer orders in person and over the phone with accuracy and efficiency.
- Process payments, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale system.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Assist in preparing and packaging orders for carryout and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness in customer service areas and follow health & safety guidelines.
- Support team members in other tasks as needed, including light food prep and stocking supplies.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
