What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Counter Associate position at Wayside Radiator Shop?
Front Counter Associate: Must have customer service skills, answer phones assisting customers with there needs and directing calls if needed. Ability to use Quick Books preferred.
Answering customers questions and advising on repairs within established time lines. Communicate with customers on additional repairs needed and obtains approval.
Coordinate with shop on work that is begin dropped off and picked up by customer, if needed help to load and unload customer.
Start repair orders, enter tech notes and parts on orders, review for accuracy .
Data entry, organization and time management. Must be proficient using a computer system and handling cash. Must be able to multi task and have some problem solving skills and work in fast paced environment. Maintaining a clean and organized work space.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
