We are looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing teams, developing and implementing strategies, and driving growth. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations, managing budgets, and ensuring that the company meets its goals. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
• Manage and motivate staff to ensure maximum performance.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Create and manage budgets to ensure financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.

High pay potential with overtime and bonuses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
