Marco MKT is seeking motivated and energetic Events Specialists to coordinate and host sales events at our designated locations! This parttime role is ideal for individuals looking to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a flexible schedule. These Events Specialists will be responsible for planning setting up and executing events to drive brand awareness and meet sales goals.

Phoenix AZ (Various Locations)
Schedule :
Monday Wednesday : 10 : 00 AM 2 : 00 PM
Friday Saturday : 3 : 00 PM 7 : 00 PM
Occasionally Thursdays as needed
Requirements :
Background Check is required.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have a smartphone you are comfortable navigating.
Must have full availability throughout the duration of the project.
Key Responsibilities :
Host and coordinate engaging events to promote products and drive sales.
Set up and tear down event materials and ensure a professional presentation.
Interact with customers answer questions and build brand loyalty.
Achieve eventspecific sales goals and provide postevent feedback.
Compensation :
18 / hour base pay plus a bonus for every qualified event.
25 / month tech allowance to use
