What You’ll Do
All candidates who have received a written offer of employment will be required to undergo background screening and testing for commonly abused controlled substances in accordance with our company’s background check and drug testing policy. Motor Vehicle Record checks are also completed for all candidates who have received a written offer of employment to determine insurability for driving a company vehicle as it relates to the position.

What You’ll Do
- Review purchase signals and order requirements to confirm purchase orders
- Manage purchase orders through their life cycle until receipt at our warehouse(s)
- Resolve problems with inventory, production schedules or materials shortages and recommends procedures to avoid future problems
- Forecast inventory requirements and report on trends
- Communicate and coordinate with factory manufacturers to ensure a continuous supply of the product, meeting quality and delivery standards
- Responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining the accuracy of Procurement and related Master data in the ERP system
- Develop action plans and countermeasures with planner/buyers, development and factory teams for inventory control
- Participate in ERP integration/migration activities
- Support new product launches by ensuring inventory is procured and delivered on time.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering or related field, preferred
- Minimum of two years of procurement experience
- Strong analytical ability and acumen to deconstruct and solve complex business problems
- ERP experience, preferably with A/X
- Advanced Excel skills
- Working knowledge of Access databases, preferred
- Excellent communication skills to work confidently with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of lean concepts
- Commitment to continued education in purchasing/planning and supply chain
