Essential Job Duties
Data Architecture, Visualization and Reporting
- Extract s , transform s , and load s (ETL) data from multiple SQL tables into Power BI.
- Design s and build s interactive dashboards and reports tailored to financial performance metrics and trends.
- Optimize s SQL queries for performance in Power BI data models.
- Ensure s data integrity and consistency during integration.
- Collaborate s with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements including but not limited to dynamic KPI dashboards and variance analysis reports.
- Connect s Power BI to Epicor and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for seamless data extraction and visualization.
- Collaborate s with IT to ensure proper data flows between systems and Power BI.
- Troubleshoot s and optimize ERP data connections for efficiency and reliability.
- Build s robust data models in Power BI to analyze financial datasets, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing and profitability analysis.
- Use s advanced DAX formulas and Power Query to derive insights from complex ERP datasets.
- Ensure s data integrity by reconciling Power BI outputs with Epicor and Microsoft Dynamics 365 records.
- Partner s with finance teams understand business requirements and deliver custom reporting solutions.
- Work s with ERP administrators to enhance the usability and functionality of Epicor and Dynamics 365 data for reporting purposes.
