As a store manager for Marco’s Pizza, you have ultimate responsibility for the efficient and profitable running of your assigned store every hour of every day that the store is open.
The job requires that you:
- Lead by example, select, train and schedule sufficient staff to meet or exceed Marco’s pizza standards regarding product quality and service, continually train and cross-train all team members.
- Ensure that Image Standards are always adhered to by all members of staff.
- Provide good quality pizzas every day and honor the product satisfaction guarantee when necessary.
- Ensure all paperwork for Marco’s Pizza and Health and Safety is completed accurately and on time.
- The store should be run efficiently and profitably, within the guidelines set by Marco’s Pizza.
- Help building the business by sales building activities, incorporating local store marketing and target marketing when agreed with your supervisor.
- Provide excellent service to customers from the time the phone is answered to the delivery at the door.
- Provide a safe working environment adhering to all Marco’s Pizza Safety and Security procedures.
- Ensure that standards regarding cleanliness and health and hygiene are always maintained.
- Create a fun and professional working environment.
- Be honest and trustworthy.
- Communicate completely to all your team members and others within Marco’s Pizza.
