Responsibilities
- Maintain and support portfolio of legal and Microsoft applications
- Oversee application performance, development, and deployments
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems
Required Experience
- At least 7 years of relevant experience supporting both Microsoft Suite of Applications and legal applications such as LexusNexis, iManage Work 10, WestLaw, Litera Create, etc.
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Professional level communication and customer service skills
