Job Overview
Media Law Firm is looking for a responsible individual to provide a variety of cleaning, landscaping and general maintenance services. Individual must be responsible, reliable and self-motivated, drug free and respectful of others.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Cleaning 4,000 square foot law office daily each morning
- Landscaping and yard work (includes, lawn care, mulching, weeding, pruning, trenching, planting
- Painting, staining and oiling (interior and exterior projects)
- Small plumbing repairs
- General carpentry work/repairs
Skills: Must have attention to detail; commercial cleaning; landscaping; painting; carpentry; ability to use hand tools and small yard equipment.
Must have your own vehicle.
Hours are 6am – 2pm (with a paid 30 minute lunch break).
Hourly pay rate is based on experience with medical benefits, eligibility to participate in firms 401k and other standard firm benefits including paid vacation, paid sick days and firm holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
