- Hilton Milwaukee - A premier convention headquarters hotel
- The Pfister Hotel - A recently renovated, historic luxury hotel
- Saint Kate - The Arts Hotel - A vibrant, creative hub for the arts and events
What You Will Do
- Develop and manage key client relationships, focusing on National Associations, Government, and Citywide Conventions
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue through strategic sales efforts
- Represent our hotels with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm
- Collaborate with internal teams to create seamless event experiences for clients
- A motivated, confident, and engaging sales approach
- Previous hospitality sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry sales systems
- Willingness to travel 8-12 times per year and conduct regular local sales calls
- Work with Milwaukee’s top hotels and be part of a passionate, high-energy team
