As a purchasing supervisor, you will purchase, receive, store and distribute supplies, food, beverage, office supplies, and specialty items in a timely manner.
What will you be doing?
- Accurately receive products into the storeroom.
- Receive product using Birchstreet.
- Assist in purchasing product via Birchstreet.
- Assist in oversight of Storeroom Clerks.
- Assist storeroom clerk with rotation of stock to mitigate food waste and dead stock.
- Maintain cleanliness of storeroom areas.
- Assist in food and beverage inventories.
- Assist Storeroom Clerk(s) with accurate distribution of food, beverage and general supplies to kitchens/outlets.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to order food, beverage and central supplies via computer purchasing system
- Must have great communication skills
- Must be able to multi task.
