Position Overview
Margaux is seeking an exemplary store manager to join our team opening a new pop-up store at Platform in LA. The manager will work closely with the Margaux HQ team to ensure the successful launch of the new location and subsequently will be responsible for all aspects of managing the store. These responsibilities include overseeing the front and back-end daily operations, managing the store associates, and working directly with our customers to create a memorable, personalized shopping experience through exemplary customer service and a passion for the Margaux brand. The pop-up will initially be open March - July 2025, with a possibility of an extension through the end of the year; however the manager will have an immediate start date and will be an essential team member ahead of the opening, facilitating the seamless launch of the new store. This position offers a unique opportunity to join Margaux at an exciting stage of growth; as the first major key holder hired, the position offers the candidate an opportunity for leadership growth during the brand's retail expansion.
Responsibilities
- Provide an outstanding and personalized client experience by leading with exceptional service on the sales floor, greeting customers promptly and engagingly, offering expert styling advice, and showcasing comprehensive product knowledge.
- Contribute to business growth and achieve sales goals by proactively understanding and responding to customer needs, and promptly addressing any customer concerns that may arise.
- Maintain the selling floor in alignment with brand standards; ensure visual merchandising is consistently updated and assist in the implementation and management of in-store inventory strategy.
- Work closely with the retail team at HQ to identify opportunities to maximize store experience and implement strategies to drive business growth.
- Oversee all in-store events and activations.
- Supervise and facilitate the development of Store Associates.
- Pay is on an hourly basis and will be commensurate with experience, between $25 and $35 / hr
